Only little changes in your life can bring life-changing results.

What will be covered?

Change needs time, patience and repetition – that’s why it’s important in the beginning to commit for a minimum of 3 months. During this time, you will experience changes in your habits, nutrition, physical & mental conditioning. You will begin implementing healthy, purposeful, and new routines in your life, all while working towards your goals – and most importantly – you will get to know yourself better and reconnect with yourself. 

Mindset Change and Habits 

I always say – change begins within yourself. It starts in your mind and ends in your mind. Our thoughts are strong – stronger than we think. With the right affirmations, you can manifest your reality. This also has the potential to work against you – telling yourself you’re not good enough for example – will make you feel you’re not good enough and the cycle continues. 

As little changes in your mindset can have huge benefits – so do the changes in your habits. You will reflect on your daily habits to find out which ones are working towards your goals, and which ones are standing in your way. Little changes in your daily habits can create remarkable changes in your life. 

There are a lot of different tools and exercises you will explore to change your mindset and your habits in a purposeful way.  

Nutrition 

The first step for change is reflection – together we will have a look at your nutrition. What do you eat? When do you eat? How does the food you choose make you feel? What makes you feel like eating? All these questions are crucial to find out more about your eating habits and hidden emotions. 

You will not only learn about the different components of food, you will also learn how to listen to your body signals and its needs once again. 

The body knows best what it needs in order to function. And you want to be in charge of your body, not in control of it.

Physical Conditioning 

The body is meant to move. According to your goals – you will incorporate different workouts and exercises in your routine to become stronger in your body.  

Yoga, Meditation, & Recovery

Yoga means “to unite” – to reconnect body, mind and soul. This is important to be able to feel your body. Yoga provides a lot of benefits for this. In meditation, you will look deeper within yourself to find peace and calmness in your mind, to be able to cope with the outside world during any challenges you may face on a daily basis. Recovery includes guided meditations, body scans, and healthy sleeping habits to recharge your energy levels.
