Empowerment, to me, is the embodiment of your true self—stepping forward authentically and standing in your power.
Holding women’s circles is a deeply moving experience, and witnessing women release, relax, and grow in sisterhood fills me with profound gratitude.
This space is for you, to reconnect with yourself and rise into the woman you were always meant to be.
I’m Grace—an experienced Mind-Body-Eating Coach and Mentor—and these ceremonies are my heart’s mission. My own journey of self-love and self-acceptance has taken me through many highs and lows. Along the way, I discovered and studied transformative techniques that changed my life—and now, I want to share them with you.
In my youth, I struggled with an eating disorder that deeply affected my relationship with food, my body, and my self-worth. It was a long road to healing, but today, I stand here with a deep understanding of transformation, growth, and inner strength.
With years of experience in personal coaching, retreats, and ceremonies, I guide women back to themselves. As a certified Mind-Body-Eating Coach, Yoga & Meditation Teacher, and Cacao Ceremony and Breathwork Facilitator, my work is devoted to helping you embrace self-love and inner power.
