Your path to relaxed eating behavior
In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, many people automatically reach for food – out of stress, excessive demands, frustration or simply because it has become a habit. At the same time, we are bombarded with new nutritional trends, diets and supposed rules every day, which are often more unsettling than helpful.
But how often do we really eat with awareness?
How often do we honestly feel what our body needs – instead of reacting impulsively or following external expectations?
Perhaps now is the time to take a new path:
A path back to a serene, natural and healthy approach to food – supported by mindfulness, self-compassion and genuine body awareness.

Do you know that too?
Do you eat when you are overwhelmed by stress, sadness or anger?
You open the fridge – even though you’re not really hungry?
Do food cravings sweep you away and make you feel powerless?
Are you constantly thinking about food, planning and checking – but you’re not satisfied?
You’ve been on countless diets – and yet you keep getting trapped in the same cycle?
Are you longing to finally arrive in your body and feel really good?
In this workshop you will learn...

- Why conventional diets often don’t work in the long term – and which holistic approaches really bring about change.
- How you can better understand emotional eating patterns and sudden cravings – and learn to deal with them lovingly.
- How to recognize your emotional triggers – and find new, powerful ways to accompany feelings in a healthy way.
- How to reduce inner pressure and bring more self-kindness into your everyday life.
- How to reconnect with your natural eating rhythm through mindfulness and body awareness.
- How to feel, respect and trust your body’s signals – hunger and satiety – again.
What this path stands for:
- A relaxed, natural approach to food – without constant control or abstinence.
- Peace of mind – instead of constantly worrying about diet and weight.
- Your feel-good body – achieved through connection instead of compulsion.
- More self-acceptance, self-care and a stronger body awareness.

About Grace
Grace is a mind-body-eating coach, yoga teacher and breathwork therapist.
In her work, she helps people to create a life that is supported by self-love, mindfulness and inner strength.
Her own adolescence was marked by an eating disorder – a time that taught her how complex and stressful negative body images can be and how strongly they affect self-confidence and self-esteem. These experiences have given her not only empathy, but also a deep understanding of what it takes to find healing.
Today, she shares this knowledge and her tools to help others change their relationship with food and their bodies. It’s not about control or dieting, but about being more mindful of yourself, recognizing emotional patterns and regaining confidence in your own body.
Her goal: to help people feel more lightness, self-compassion and healthy body confidence again – free from guilt or shame.
