Do you function but don’t really feel connected?
Perhaps you are familiar with this: in everyday life, you are constantly on reception, driven by the next to-do, emotionally exhausted or inwardly cut off – even if you actually have “everything under control”. You feel that there must be more: more depth, more vitality, more connection to yourself.
At the same time, you often lack access. Conversations only take you so far, meditation sometimes feels like just another ‘doing’ – and you long to finally really feel your body, your emotions and your truth.

The solution lies within you, in your breath
What if you could find access to an inner space where clarity, connection and healing don’t have to be forced, but show up on their own?
Psychedelic Breathwork is precisely this space. In this intensive, consciously guided breathing journey , you embark on a profound inner experience in which you can let go of emotional baggage, set held energy in motion and encounter your inner truth. Your breath is the tool and you yourself are the path.
This experience is raw, real and sometimes challenging – but it is one thing above all: transformative.

Parish hall Altenfelden
There are plenty of parking spaces around the parish hall – please arrive 15 minutes before the start.
Please bring the following with you:
A yoga mat/Pilates mat, a small cushion, a blanket, comfortable clothes (preferably several layers that you can take off), water bottle, diary or notepad & pen.
Please do not eat anything heavy approx. 2.5 hours before the start of the event and avoid caffeine and cigarettes for several hours beforehand.
Avoid any kind of alcohol or other substances 24 hours before the event.
If you regularly take medication, please inform me in advance.
Registration and participation
For binding participation, please read the info sheet with the requirements and information in advance attentively. This document will be published on the day of the event signed on site.

The energy compensation for the session is 50 euros and will be brought along in cash on the day of the event.

About Grace, the management
I am Grace – experienced mind-body eating coach and mentor – and this retreat is my heart’s mission. My own journey of self-love and self-acceptance has taken me through many ups and downs. In the process, I discovered and studied valuable techniques that have changed my life – and that’s exactly what I want to share with you now.
In my youth, I suffered from an eating disorder that not only had a major impact on my relationship with food and my body, but also on my self-confidence and self-worth. It has been a long journey, but today I stand here – with a deep understanding of healing, growth and inner strength.
With several years of experience in personal guidance through 1:1 coaching, retreats and ceremonies, I support people in finding themselves again. As a certified mind-body-eating coach, yoga and meditation teacher, I also lead cacao ceremonies and breathwork sessions – all with the aim of accompanying you on your path to more self-love and inner strength.
My greatest concern is to encourage you to stand up for yourself, to recognize your self-worth and to devote yourself full of love and trust to your own path.
